Chicken Potter Parcel – Using Chicken thigh, Chicken Leg, Stuffing and Bacon

Hello fellow urbanites! Here at the Urban Butchery channel we like to use all parts of the animal and aim to popularise parts of animals that are not as widely used.

Today Franco debones a Chicken thigh and Leg and uses his meat in a way that you probably won’t have seen before. Mixed with stuffing, wrapped in bacon with an APRICOT on top the chicken potter parcel is a treat for the eyes as well as the belly. A skill for life, from The Urban Butchery Channel Give it a go!
